Hi, I’m Jo—Here to Help You Recharge Without the Guilt.

Life can feel like an endless juggling act, can’t it? I know because I’ve been there—trying to keep up with work, family, and all the invisible expectations that come with being “the one who holds it all together.”

At 35, I was managing multiple teams across Australia and New Zealand as a trainer, recruiter, and leader in the hotel and sales space. I was always on the go, travelling two weeks a month while trying to stay present for my family. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. Inside? I was exhausted.

I kept thinking, “Why can’t I just handle this better? Why does taking time for myself feel so impossible?”

Eventually, burnout forced me to stop. It was messy, humbling, and—truthfully—one of the most important turning points in my life. I realised that the way I’d been living wasn’t sustainable, and more importantly, it didn’t have to be.

Now, I’m passionate about helping women like you avoid the same burnout spiral I faced.

I believe self-care doesn’t have to be another thing on your to-do list. It’s about small, meaningful actions that help you feel more grounded, balanced, and capable of handling whatever life throws your way.

Why I Do This Work

With over a decade of experience in leadership and community building, plus a deep understanding of human behaviour (I’m currently completing my Psychology degree), I combine practical tools with compassionate guidance to help you create a life that feels lighter and more aligned with what matters to you.

I’m not here to sell you perfection or tell you to “just think positive.” Life is messy, and we all hit walls sometimes. My job is to help you recharge, realign, and reconnect with your inner strength—because I know you’ve got it.
